At Whitechapel Merchandise, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and garments are free from any signs of wear or washing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
